At GoingNat, we believe in intentionality and that includes how we handle your orders. As a small business, we take the time to ensure every package is handled with care. Thank you for supporting our mission and for being patient as we prepare your journey back to wellness.
 

Processing Times
 

  • All orders are processed within 1-2  business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has headed your way.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently ship within the United States/North America. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

  • Standard Shipping : Usually arrives within 2-5 business days after processing. Depending on holidays and weekend. We offer a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders within the continental U.S. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100

    A Note on Delivery

     

  • Once your order leaves our facility, the responsibility for its safe arrival transitions to the local postal carrier. We are all on this journey together. While we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages, we are always here to help you navigate any issues if we can. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't seen it yet, please wait 24 hours (sometimes they arrive a day late)  before reaching out to us at : Hello@goingnat.com



    Returns & Exchanges

    Our Commitment to Safety
 

  • At GoingNat, the integrity of our products and the safety of our community are our highest priorities. Because our supplements are ingestible health products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. To maintain our strict quality control standards, we do not restock or resell any items once they have left our facility. This ensures that every bottle you receive is fresh, sealed, and has never been handled by anyone but our team.

  • All sales are final; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. If we made an error with your order, we will do our best to correct it. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong or incorrect item, contact us at Hello@goingnat.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly.

    After reviewing your claim (at our sole discretion), we may authorize a replacement item to be shipped to you. We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
